We offer a variety of full service, convenient and affordable on-campus housing and dining services for youth and adult groups, as well as individuals during the summer period (June 27 to September 5, 2026). Matriculated groups are eligible for an extended season starting June 20, 2026 and ending September 12, 2026. Whether you're looking to book a corporate or educational symposium, sports camp, or other event – UC Davis has lodging and meal plans to meet your needs, all in a beautiful campus setting!

Summer Leisure Reservations:
Campus Recreation and Unions are open! The Memorial Union Games Area is happy to provide bowling and billiards to Conference Housing members on a group reservation basis. Please contact the Memorial Union by emailing [email protected] to inquire about reservations for the Games Area this summer! NOTE: Group participants that are Registered Summer Session students with paid summer campus fees should have access to facilities with their student AggieCard.
