UC Davis Conference Housing offers relaxing, convenient and affordable housing and dining services on the UC Davis campus for both groups and individuals during the summer months. Guests are housed in residence halls with platform style meals in the dining facilities. A wide range of options, such as catered barbecues, meeting and banquet facilities and other special services, are available to customize your event.
2024 Rates and Packages
We offer a Standard Group package with a two night minimum. Individual university guests can stay with a two night minimum. A variety of optional services are also available to enhance your stay; rates and options can be found immediately following service descriptions. All accommodations are in smoke-free facilities.
Group Accommodations
UC Davis accommodations provide either single or double occupancy in residence hall or residential suite arrangements. We offer two package types: Blue or Gold.
***Please note our pricing structure has changed for 2024. None of our Blue & Gold packages include Linen. The Linen package must be selected as an Add On.***
The Blue package includes 2 meals per day (lunch and dinner) with no linens.
The Gold package includes 3 meals per day with no linens.
The Linen package include sets that are folded and placed on the bed. They include 2 sheets, 2 towels, 1 washcloth, pillow, pillowcase, and blanket (no bedspread or comforter). Housekeeping for rooms is not available during your stay, but guests may exchange towels daily at the conference housing desk. If the linen package is selected, it will apply to the entire conference.
