Dining Services

Meals are professionally prepared and served platform style in our dining facilities. Chefs at our individual culinary platforms, assemble, grill, and sauté prepared ingredients in front of our guests. Our platforms include: Tomato Street Grill, Pacific Fusion, Fresh Inspirations, Saucey Pizza Bar, Bistro, Go Live, Soup & Salad Bar, and Harvest Bakery.

UC Davis Dining Services is committed to actively engaging in procedures, policies, and practices that foster sustainable solutions. As a leader in providing healthy, well-balanced meals to the campus community and an enriched educational environment that foster a balance of mind, body, and soul, UC Davis Dining Services has developed an integrated sustainable food systems program in each of the campus dining commons, University Catering and several retail operations.

The summer dining menu is available throughout the summer on the UC Davis Dining Services webpage. Please speak with a Dining Commons manager if you have specific dietary concerns or need assistance navigating the dining room.

Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Market

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Catered Events or Pack Out Meals

Olive & Vine Catering at UC Davis offers Catered Events for your Conference Housing program. Plan ahead and contact Olive & Vine Catering (Delivery and set up events) at catering@ucdavis.edu, or 530-752-2997 for any Catered Events needs.

Pack Out Meals are package meals that your group can take with you if you will not be on campus during the Dining Commons hours for that meal.

Interest in these options should be communicated to Conference Housing prior to the 60 day guarantee.
