Payment must be received at the time of the reservation request for the reservation to be confirmed.

To qualify for a refund, all cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first reserved arrival date; a service fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount. A refund check will be mailed approximately four to six weeks after notification. Full payment will be forfeited if cancellation notification is not received at least two weeks prior to the first arrival date of the conference. Complete and submit a Personal Refund Request (pdf) form to request a refund.
