Reservation Forms

If your conference has arranged for you to contact us directly to request a housing reservation, please find the reservation form for your conference below. Please complete the reservation form, and return to us.

Payment must be received at the time of the reservation request for the reservation to be confirmed.

Summer Visitor Housing

Individuals, who are official adult guests of UC Davis who are either affiliated with the University of California or will be at campus on business, are invited to book nightly single occupancy rooms in the UC Davis residence halls.  Due to space being limited, we encourage guests to reserve early.

Cancellation Policy

To qualify for a refund, all cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first reserved arrival date; a service fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount.  Full payment will be forfeited if cancellation notification is not received at least two weeks prior to the first arrival date of the conference. Complete and submit a Personal Refund Request (pdf) form to request a refund.
